Allow Users to Embed URL Monitor in Project Management Tasks
I have a workflow that involves checking the index status of my clients. I would like to embed URL Monitor directly into the task as I have with other apps. This integration would enhance my workflow's speed and efficiency.
Weekly Email Notifications contain Repeating Page Indexing Data
Iβm encountering an issue with the weekly notifications regarding page indexing. Each week, the notification email reports a certain number of new pages indexed (e.g., "XX new pages indexed"), but the actual list of pages often includes ones that were already reported in previous weeks. This makes it confusing to accurately track the real progress of new page indexing. Additionally, when I attempt to verify or dig deeper using the reporting feature, I often encounter a "500 Internal Server Error," which further complicates tracking and validation efforts. Could you please look into: Why previously indexed pages are appearing repeatedly in the weekly notifications? What is causing the 500 errors in the reporting feature? I would appreciate any guidance on resolving these issues or an estimated timeline for a fix. Thank you!
Email Notifications for Secondary Search Console Accounts
Currently, all email notifications are sent to the primary Google account associated with the URLMonitor tool. I would like to request the ability to configure email notifications for additional websites linked to other Search Console accounts. Specifically, the notifications should be sent to the email address associated with the respective Search Console account instead of the primary account. This would improve tracking and communication for users managing multiple accounts.
Meta Ads and Google Ads integration
See which campaigns and ads actually bring in paying customers.
Automated A/B testing
Test page changes and let Cromojo pick the winner based on revenue, not just clicks.
Heatmaps and session replay
See exactly where visitors click, scroll and drop off.
stop adding new owners without notice and or approval
I've been using Cromojo for a long time. I'm not sure I've added any domains or the associated cromojo emails as owners to GSC accounts since before the name change. Over the weekend, I started receiving emails from a number of my GSC domains/URL prefix properties that new emails were added as owners. One of those was bulkindexing@bulkindexing-3993tpcfak.iam.gserviceaccount.com which I've confirmed is in Cromojo. When did the service start adding new emails as owners? This is concerning because it was hard enough to have companies be okay with adding some ones, but every owner of the account was alerted by google of new emails being added as owners. This has caused stress with others on the teams at three companies and has reduced trust in both me and Cromojo with our team.

Graph showing indexed/deindexed pages
the 'X pages indexed by URL Monitor' and 'in progress' changes every day, and it's all over the place. there needs to be a way to accurately track the indexed and deindexed pages without trying to memorize what numbers it said the day previously.

SEO Revenue
Most SEO tools tell you how much traffic you get from Google. Almost none tell you how much money it makes. The SEO Revenue tab answers one question: Which searches on Google actually earn us money β and which just look busy? A page can get 5,000 visits from Google and earn nothing. Another can get 80 visits and pay the rent. Traffic reports treat those two the same. This tab doesnβt.

Index Pages Not in Sitemap or Domain!
Index Pages Not in Sitemap or Domain!
"Please add a feature that allows indexing in Bing."
From an SEO perspective, visibility on Bing is essential for reaching a diverse audience, capitalizing on lower competition, and enhancing overall brand recognition across multiple platforms.
Recrawl pages
Request a crawl of individual URLs or in bulk
Core Vitals Check
Ability to show the core vitals from Google Page Speed Insights for a domain, similar to Debug Bear.
Add More Stats to the Main Dashboard
Could you add more stats for each site to the main dashboard, please? It would save clicking each site's "details" button just to see top-level progress. When you have several sites it becomes quite tedious clicking through to another page for each site just to see how itβs going.
Add users management
I want my team to also be able to track indexation/change the settings. One account to validate websites, but more than one user who can work with the tool.
deindex button
the deindex button shouldn't be to the left of the index button, it should be smaller and harder to click, i've almost accidentally clicked it a few times.

Ability to manually upload sitemaps
Often larger sites have the sitemaps on a different subdomain and/or are setting up individual GSCs for the subfolders. Google even says this has to be done to be able to pull more than 50,000 rows from the GSC API. See https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2022/10/performance-data-deep-dive Examples: root domain: https://www.yourdomain.com (which may have a bunch of users) main sitemap index: https://sitemap.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml example of subfolder set up as unique GSC property https://www.yourdomain.com/sub1/ example of sitemap for subfolder, contained in the main sitemap index: https://sitemap.yourdomain.com/sitemap-sub1.xml Following Google's suggestion to set up these URL Prefix GSC Property Types, does not allow the site owner to add sitemaps to the GSC property because the sitemap (in the example above) is on a different URL prefix, so there is no way to add it to GSC for URL monitor to auto pull from there. URLmonitor is great but adding 20+ users with owner permissions will be scary to some people. Generally, larger sites as setup above only have a few SEO people in the individual subfolder GSC properties. Also, these larger sites may wish to use these subfolders to direct the pages that URLmonitor checks and indexes and those it does not. An alternative to this would be the ability for users to upload more than 100 URLS manually or with a file upload.
Index in Yandex
Maybe is not so important as Google or Bing, but for Northern Europe is good to have.
